 November-April:

$100/night (one person)

$110/night (two people)

May-October:

$130/night (one person)

$140/night (two people) 

Prices include taxes.

A self-served breakfast is included in the price (coffee, tea, oatmeal, granola bars) and is available at your arrival.

Availability:  

The apartment is booked until June 5, 2012.

Please contact us in 2012 regarding bookings for the summer of 2012.

Reservations and Cancellations:

Our reservation and cancellation policy intends to be fair to our guests while preventing our small business from the loss of income.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. You can pay by personal check or through PayPal (sorry, no credit cards). The remaining 50% is due upon arrival (personal check or cash)

If you cancel your reservation or change the amount of days of your stay more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, we will return your deposit. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival, we will only refund your deposit if we can re-rent the apartment. Obviously, we will do everything we can to do so.
